Returns

Returns will not be accepted except in the event that the product is defective. In the event that the product is defective, we will accept the return and will issue are placement. A refund will only be given if no replacement is available. Buyer must pay return shipping, but we will cover the shipping charges of the replacement product. Notice must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Proper notice must be made before sending back the defective product. No replacement or refund will be given for products returned without prior authorization.
