The best way to determine what size of this coat you need is to compare measurements from my sizing table (it has actual coats measurements) with your old existing coat / jacket of the similar thickness. The most important measurement is the Chest -- while garment is fully closed and laying down flat on the table. Please measure the distance between underarms and match this number with my sizing table -- Chest row. This is the best way to find out your size.

BELOW ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF REAL COATS:

Measurements in table below refer to the garment, not body size. The measurements of the coat were taken while zipper is fully closed and garment is laying down flat. This will give you a sense of how fitted or relaxed the garment will be. You can also compare these measurements to an existing garment.

·      Chest: From armpit to armpit at the fullest part of the chest, while garment is laying down flat.Measurements refer to the garment, not body size. The measurements were taken while zipper is fully closed and garment is laying down flat. This will give you a sense of how fitted or relaxed the garment will be. But, please remember that chest circumference of shearling garment must be 2" more than your body's chest circumference (see instruction on how to measure above)

·         Sleeve: Length from the end of shoulder, and down the outside of the arm to the end of the cuff. Can be adjustable due to the folding of the cuff.

·         Bottom: Bottom width of the garment from end to end.

·         Body length: Length from the center back of the garment from the collar seam to the bottom of garment.

It is made from pure “one face” sheepskin with leather, which is one of the most expensive types of sheepskin on the market. Unlike other similar hats on the market, this is made of 100% genuine sheepskin shearling leather, and is not “lined” in any way, allowing the skin to breathe.
