External Blinds Description:

The NRF branded couple of external thermal blinds covers both cab and bonnet and it is ideal to protect from summer hot and from winter freeze.

As shown in the pictures the couple of blinds enables to cover completely cab and bonnet, ensuring an optimal and integral protection from both hot and cold. The accurate design besides being aesthetically much appreciated was studied to obtain the perfect adherence to the vehicle body and warrant a better thermic barrier. This item becomes therefor a real thermo-coat and it is a must for everyone that wants to enjoy camping holidays in every season.

The two parts (cab + bonnet) are fixed to each other by means of Velcro and are fixed to the vehicle by means of rubber bands. The items are produced in order to be fitted and taken apart with extreme facility and without need of using added pulling elements, the result is exactly shown by the pictures.

Characteristics:

When stored in their bag they just occupy a small space of about 30x60cm.

 

Internal Blinds Description:

 

Thermo-acoustic internal blinds kit composed by 3 pieces (windscreen and side cab windows). Made by NRF.


Features:

- fixing by suckers: prepared with eyelets already applied to the blinds;

- external layer made of PVC;

- internal layer made of aluminium. The 7 layers are:

1° layer 90 micron aluminium film made of 3 layers with tear resistant mesh treated against rays UVA 90%;

2° layer 2mm polyethylene foam colour anthracite;

3° layer 38 micron aluminium film for insulation;

4° layer 2mm polyethylene foam;

5° layer 38 micron aluminium film for insulation;

6° layer 75 gr anti-allergic padding for insulation;

7° layer grey tissue.

In this case the failure of the delivery is charged to the customer, so the reimbursement will be reduced of the costs of delivering and also that of return of the good.   • PARCEL WILL BE DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSPORT, WHAT TO DO?
    In order that Camperbros can protect consumers in case of damage of the goods, the customers will be warned that any claim for damage to the goods must be notified immediately to the courier after receiving the goods. The receipt of the packet must be signed with reservations; the type of damage on the package should be specified. Before opening the package, the consumer must take some pictures of the damage encountered on the packaging. In addition, consumers need to photograph also the clear readable waybill attached to the packaging. Only then, the consumer may open the package; check the integrity of the goods receipt. If the product is damaged, the consumer must immediately and at the latest after 24 hours inform Camperbros about the damage caused during the transport by a message, and as indicated as follows, the required documents must send in the appendix to our e-mail address: CAMPERBROSHOP@GMAIL.COM
    1. Photos of the damaged parcel
    2. Photos of damaged goods
    3. A signed statement by the consumer addressed to Camperbros that declares the damaged findings and the value of the purchased goods.
    4. Photo or scanned copy of the "Documento di Vendita e Trasporto" or "Fattura accommpagnatoria" included in the package.
    Camperbros reserves the right to request further information or evidence to the consumer.

We offer a 14 day exchange or refund policy.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal: according to the DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011, the consumer has the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal by informing the seller within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the good. The goods must be returned undamaged to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communicationto the seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Within 14 days of receiving of the goods, the seller must reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including those covering the expenses charged to the seller to deliver goods. The costs incurred by the consumer to return the property to the seller, shall be borne by the consumer. Just as it is the responsibility of the seller to protect consumers against all risk of loss or damage of the goods occurring before the consumer has acquired the physical possession of the goods. In case of withdrawal it is responsibility of the consumer that the good is delivered to the seller intact and within the terms provided by law. Therefore we recommend using a traceable method of shipping, and to use an insured shipment in case of fragile goods (for. example The windows)

We describe our items as accurately as possible and we pay the returns shipping cost only if the item is faulty or the return is a result of our error. In all the other cases, in order to operate a fairly open returns policy, we have to ask that buyers are responsible for the return postage cost.

Please note:
During these following periods:
Period1: from the last week of July for a period of 4 weeks,
Period2: from 7 days before Christmas, up to two days after the January 6, because this company, as well as its supplier companies, close for holiday, and it would not possible to receive back the goods. Therefore, the periods mentioned above will not be included into the count of the 14 days, and this is true for both the "Notification of withdrawal" and the "Return of the goods". Here are two illustrative examples, assuming that the Period1 begins on 25 July and ends on 21 August.

Example of communication about the will for "right of withdrawal": The customer receives the goods on 21 July, i.e. four days before the Period1 begins. Instead of communicating his will for the "right of withdrawal" on 21 July + 14 days = 4 August, the customer can send to us the same message within the 21 August (end of Period1) + 10 days = 31 August. I.e., the calculated date results by adding the residual 10 days (14-4 = 10) to the end of Period1 (21 August).

Example of the "return of the goods": The customer communicates his will for "right of withdrawal" on 19 July, that means 6 days prior to Period1 begins (July 25). If the customer is not being able to guarantee to the supplier that the goods will be returned within the July 25, i.e. the last working day before the Period1 starts (July 25), then the customer has the option to send back the good within the period between the 22 August and 5 September, i.e. in the next 14 days after the end of Period1. In this case, all the 14 days will be added at the end of the Period1 and not only the residual days.
