Shipping:

I will always try to ship the same day if order is paid before noon CST. Always ship within 24 hours of the next business day. However, once the item is delivered to the carrier, it is generally out of my hands. The USPS has experienced delays because of the Pandemic, so I will always try to upgrade when and where I can without any upcharges.

Payment:

Payment received (ebay) after agreement to purchase on the Buy it Now button. I will ship same day or next business day. If we have negotiated a Best Offer price then I expect to be paid immediately or soon thereafter of the sale. If you have purchased something in error and would like to cancel, please request a refund ASAP, because I ship all the items usually same day or within 24 hours.

Terms of Sale:

Purchase from Buy it Now requires immediate payment via ebay. I will always ship same day if purchased before 12PM CST. If you made a mistake in ordering please contact me immediately to avoid shipping charges or restocking fees. If we have negotiated a best offer then I request that you you pay that immediately in order to expedite the shipping process. If not, within 24 hours or I will reconsider the best offer and may pull that item back. Communication is paramount in the negotiating process. 

Returns/Refunds:

Returns and refunds will be granted up to 30 days on items that have not been opened or on items that are not missing items or are damaged. 

If a return is necessary, then you must get an approval and a return authorization number before the item returned. 

In the event of a negotiated return, once I receive the item, provided there is unopened, with no damage or missing parts then a refund will be given via ebay.

ALL RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED OR ARE MISSING ITEMS OR ARE NOT IN THE SHIPPED CONDITION ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING/HANDLING FEE!
