If the chair is bulky item, the postage in standard must need your assistance for unloading. If there is nobody to help for unloading, you have to pay extra. So our courier will unloading by themselves.
 
Your item will be shipped to you via Australia Registered Courier. This requires a signature for collection.
 
Items are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared, however allow 4-10 days delivery depending on your location in Australia. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number.
 
Deliveries may be completed by a subcontractor who will only bring your item to the ground floor of your building. (Heavy or Bulky items Only).
 
We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes unless items are small or pre-arranged with the seller prior to purchase. A delivery address and signature of receipt of goods will need to be arrange.
Any faults/damages need to be reported within 3 days of receiving your order (from pod) to apply the compensation.
 
Warranty is manufactures warranty only and does not cover things like incorrect use, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance.
 
You may return (at your cost) most new, unopened items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
 
In the event of items arriving damaged or faulty, we require customers to provide photos so we can replace and repair accordingly within 3 days of receiving goods. This does not apply if organizing own freight or pick up.
 
Please check the box before sign. If the carton is damaged, you can refuse to sign or you can open the carton first and check the product is damaged or not, then decide to sign or not to sign. Otherwise, we are not take the responsibility of product damages in transportation.
 
If you require insurance on your delivery, please notify the Seller when requesting a quote. It can be offered, and at the buyers expense.
 
Normally we send your order to the delivery address that you have on eBay (not PayPal) left.
 
If you have other address changed, please let us know by eBay message before payment with or write the new shipping address on eBay.
 
We do not accept changes of delivery address AFTER we send out your product. Otherwise, buyer must be pay the cost for shipping.
