Please if possible, contact first, with your iPad model and a picture of current condition, If there is damage in the home button area or there is a crack near it, it may not be possible to take out the home button (even if currently working) and transfer it to the new screen.
It will be possible to install a new home button but your fingerprint function will not work only the home button function.
We are sorry replace your old tempered glass, if found intact, we cannot be placed back on and will be sent back in as is condition or disposed of at your request.
1 We will pre check all iPads to see if there are any pre existing problems with home button, power button volume up and down button, Wifi is working , Bluetooth working, GSM if active is working, front and back camera is operational, charging port receiving voltage and transferring data.
If there are any issues we will inform you and see if you want to go ahead with the screen repair
2 Quality of repair may be limited to to previous repair attempts and frame condition. IF the digitizer glass is not stable not held in correctly an offer to do the repair without warrenty is possible.
3 If the iPad is not be repaired then you agree a $9.99 is payable for time spent on the diagnosis. and a return charge of $7.95 via USPS
4 If you choose to go ahead and repair is successful then the maximum amount of $129.99 is payable.
All repairs come with a 30 day warranty. Accidental or non related problems are not covered under warranty. E.g If charging problem is repaired on the board, but then a audio or video problem developed, during warranty period then that issue will not be covered by the warranty.

Nothing else apart from the digitizer screen will be repaired, if there is damage to the LCD screen underneath, such as scratches dead pixels, dead pixel rows, liquid damage, bright spots or LCD dimming, we will replace the digiizer and then ship back to you in its current condition.
It is up to the owner to back up the iPad data to LAPTOP, PC, MacBook or iCloud, we are not responsible for any data loss, data damage or deletion of any data, pass code or pass words. It is up to the owner to make sure they note down all pass codes and pass words before shipping.
We are not responsible for any damage or lock out to operating system, iPad data or pass codes due to ghost touching.
