This is a Prestolite universal ignition starter switch.  Part # 71-3U (SRP-3532).

For 6-12-24 volts, extra heavy duty.

Combination ignition-starter switch; four position (Left-ACCESSORIES, Center-OFF, Right-ACCESSORIES & IGNITION, Extreme Right-START)

4 stud terminals; mounting stem 7/16" long, 3/4" diameter.  Two brass keys.  1 1/8" mounting nut.
