please note that each glass has its own uniqueness therefore you may find a manufacturers blemish in the glass, such as a air bubble, a smudge or little line, scratch(moulding marks), which will not affect the engraving or the use of the glass,

We cannot send item direct to third party address sent via message. You need to change address on PayPal when you place your order.

We sent most things with royal mail, who leave a card if attempt delivery and no-one is , if these goods are returned to us as not called for, there will be a re-delivery charge on sending them back to you,  sometimes depending on the quantity order we use a courier, if these goods get returned to us, a re-delivery charge will also apply + surcharge from courier,
