• You can try out as many designs as you'd like on our designer until you find the perfect design for you!

• Select which calendar you would like from the drop down menus on the listing (A5 desk top calendar or A5, A4, A3 wall hanging calendar)

• Once you've placed your order an email will be automatically sent to the email address on your eBay account with a link to personalise your calendar. (This should be with you within 1 hour of your purchase) 

• Please make sure you have the correct email address on your account so that you receive your link after you order and there are no delays. If you have the incorrect email address please send us a message with the correct one. We can only change your email address within working hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm). If you send us this out of our working hours we will change it the next working day for you

• Once you've received your emailed link you can then pick a design and start personalising your calendar. **Please note** for the best experience using our designer we recommend using a laptop or PC but a phone or tablet can be used too

• Once you're happy with your design just click 'order' and 'submit' and this will come straight through to us to print

• If ordered and personalised by 12pm (Monday to Friday) we will send your calendar(s) same day. Any time after this will be the next w​​​​​​​orking day

• Please note we are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and closed weekends and bank holidays

We want to ensure you receive your calendar in time for Christmas. Royal Mail’s lasting posting day is 21st December for 1st class delivery. Please keep in mind that you will need to have personalised your design before this time.
