Anatoly Fedorovich Shorokhov was born on January 19, 1935 in Vladivostok in Russia.
The childhood of the future artist was evacuated to the city of Ishim of the Tyumen region.
Becoming older, took up painting in the urban studio of fine art.
From 1954 to 1957 he served in the Soviet army in the Moscow region. Having shown their artistic skills to Anatoly Shorokhov, the team allowed to study in the workshop of Professor Kravchenko. A few months later he graduated with honors from two courses.
After demobilization, he returned to Ishim and got a job as an artist in the city theater, and a year later decided to continue his artistic education. Evaluating the work of the young artist, the director of the Moscow Art School "In Memory of 1905", contrary to the rules, received a non-resident entrant.
Anatoly Fedorovich studied on the fifth year when he first visited Sevastopol. While practicing, he painted reportage sketches and posters for a city newspaper.
The city made a great impression on the artist. By that time, Anatoly Fyodorovich had already managed to give a good account of himself in the Moscow editions, but when the time came for distribution in 1963, the young artist in love with Sevastopol did not hesitate in choosing his place of work. But, the main creative path of A.F. Shorohova - painting. The focus of his attention is man. He devotes his works to him. Brushes masters belong canvases, executed in various genres.
