Shipping

All orders placed before 7 a.m. EST Monday through Saturday ship the same day. All other orders ship no later than the end of the following business day.

Domestic

We provide free standard shipping for all items shipping to the lower 48 states, unless otherwise stated (additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO may apply).

Expedited and Next Day shipping services are available (additional charges may apply).

If a shipping service is not accepted for your particular address, you (the buyer) are responsible for notifying The ROP Shop (the seller) of an adequate shipping service or alternate address. You (the buyer) are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipment.

First-Class and Expedited services are available to many countries.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.
All returns require an RMA number.
Please contact our customer support team to obtain one if needed.
All returns supplied with a pre-paid shipping label must be returned within 10 days of label creation.  After 10 days, the label will become void and the returnee will be responsible for return shipping charges.
