Warranty & Returns
Most parts come with a 30 day warranty (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and a 30 day return period. It is rare that our parts will not fit or function correctly. If the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we will ask you for a digital picture and your vehicle’s VIN number so we can assist you.
Parts Covered by Warranty – In case the part sold fails to work due to defective material or wrong fitment, Yawonline will replace the part or issue a full refund of the parts purchased price (no refunds for labor costs).
If picking up, you have (7) days to schedule and pick-up your part from the time of purchase.
You will receive delivery of your item(s) 2 to 5 business days after full payment is received.
Important Information about Engine Warranty
What is Covered Under the 30 Day Warranty:
Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the Engine Block, Cylinder Head(s), Head Gasket(s), Crankshaft, Pistons, Rods, Bearings, Oil Pump, Camshaft(s), Valves & Lifters. Please contact us ASAP if you need to return or replace your auto part, after the 30 day warranty period no refunds/replacements will be honored.
What is NOT Covered or Guaranteed to be included:
The engine you receive may or may NOT include some additional accessories and extra parts. If included these parts are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY and were included to help protect the engine during storage and shipping. Examples of these non-warranty parts include switches, sensors, cables, coils, wires, injectors, electronics, belts (including timing belt/chain), hoses, water pumps, brackets, intake/exhaust manifolds, oil pans and turbos/superchargers (if equipped). To aid in installation, you get to keep your current engine and all attached accessories. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs.
Important Information about Transmission Warranty
What is Covered Under the 30 Day Warranty:
Transmission warranties are limited to defects in the transmission case/bellhousing and all internal components (unless mentioned in the NOT Covered section below).
What is NOT Covered:
It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill differential, adjust shifter mechanisms, replace external switches sensors & solenoids, replace all filters, replace all seals, replace pan gaskets and Relearn, Reset or Replace computers and clear all codes when installing a transmission. Re-learning or resetting the Transmission to the vehicle may involve towing (Not Driving) to a dealership of same manufacturer in order to be performed. In certain types of Transmissions the TCM (transmission controlling computer) is incorporated with the Valve body which may require the valve body to be replaced. Transfer cases are not included with transmission from AWD vehicles. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs.
