Raw Chocolate Fudge with Peanut Butter

Serving: 12

Ingredients:

2 cups of raw cacao powder

1 cup of peanut butter, unsalted and crunchy

1 cup of pitted dates, soaked in hot water for half an hour

1 cup of coconut oil, melted

A pinch or two of unrefined sea salt

Directions:

1.   With the exception of the peanut butter, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until thoroughly combined.  Add the peanut butter towards the end.

2.   Transfer the mixture in a container and spread evenly

3.   Refrigerate for an hour.  After that, cut according to your desired size.

4.   Serve and enjoy!
