CARE ADVICE
Giving your boots a quick clean after each ride will make them last longer. Remove sand or soil using a soft brush and clean with a damp sponge. To finish, dry them with a soft cloth.
Always store your boots in a cool, ventilated place.

Payments
Once committed to purchase an item Payment is requested to be completed within 7 days.
Shipping
We aim to post all orders on the same day if the order was placed before 7pm subject to the payment being cleared. Please note dispatch estimates, if the items are coming from a secondary warehouse, the delivery will be extended to the date shown under the image, in the Postage section We will keep you informed via e-mail when we dispatch your purchase.
All orders are dispatched to the address provided on ebay, if you would like your order to be dispatched to an alternative address, please email us in advance via eBay to let us know. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day on weekdays if they are in our primary warehouse, Items purchased on a weekend or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.
If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

Returns
We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs, if paid. Before returning the item to us you will need to email us a few pictures. Please send us images of the item as a whole and the specific areas of damage and we will advise you how to proceed. Please give us 7 working days to contact the supplier to arrange a replacement to be sent to you. This can at times take up to 14 days.
Exchanges
Your item may not always be available in our main warehouse and we will need to get the item from our secondary warehouse. This may take several days. If an item is not available we will contact you regarding an alternative. If your item is returned within 60 days you may request a refund.
