Restoring your ostrich feather clothing.
Items made of ostrich feather may arrive slightly squashed. If so you may:
1) Use a cool & slow setting on a hair-dryer to blow the feathers back to their original fluffy shape.
2) Pace the item on a hanger and leave for a couple of days in a warm room.
3) Feathers love the warmth & the sun. Leave in the sun for an hour or so (but not too long).
And last shake off the excess of loose fur.

I can only facilitate a return if the buyer agrees to pay the return postage (as well has having previously paid for the items delivery).
