1) This is old stock acquired at auction. 
We don't know how long it was in possession of the original owner. 

2) All accessories, if any, are in the photo(s) - if it is not in the photo, it is not included in your purchase (please inspect the photo to avoid disappointment!). 

3) All items are sold "as-is" with no warranty.  Items have been visually inspected but not tested.  
We do not accept any liability for their use.  We do provide a 30-day return policy (full refund).  

4) Items have been handled so are not pristine - most exhibit fingerprints, dented dusty boxes, etc.
(superficial only - will not interfere with function).

5) All taxes, customs fees, import duties, etc. are to be paid by the buyer.  

6) We ship only using tracked services (buyer can arrange shipping using their courier as a "local collect").   

7) We can not change the invoice (i.e., the buyer name and the value will not be amended).  

8) We do not keep business hours and don't have a storefront - we run a "lights out" facility.  
Local collection is offered by arrangement.  

9) Pre-sale inspection is not offered - eBay does not allow contact before a sale.

Postage: 

We charge postage at cost.

Buyer is responsible for all import fees, customs duties, and local handling charges, if any.  
Claims for non-delivery will be processed 30 days after shipment date - to allow packages to clear customs (the most likely source of delay) and/or allow the carrier to action a "non-delivery" report.

When buying multiple items, go ahead and "buy" the item, but don't pay for it. We will then generate a single invoice with combined reduced postage and email it to you. You can then pay for it. Combined postage price will be at cost.

About Us:

We specialise in the resale of unused inventory obtained primarily at auction. Most of the items are either surplus to requirements (e.g., when a machine is decommissioned and the unused spare parts are no longer needed), or from a site clearance (e.g., when a manufacturer sadly goes into administration and all assets are sold). Some items were lost in transit and subsequently auctioned by the courier or insurance agent.

About the items for sale:

The majority of our items come from workshop spares. These items are generally unused and in excellent condition - i.e., "new unused" - they are not "brand new" because they have been pre-owned. Some remain sealed in original packaging, but most have been opened for inspection or testing and entered into inventory. Some of the boxes are dusty and/or torn due to storage on shelves in a manufacturing environment and/or handling during the sale, but the items themselves are fine. If the item itself has scuffs or scratches we will clearly state so (but any such wear due to handling is purely superficial and will not interfere with the correct functioning of the device).

We will describe the item, and its condition, honestly. We are not experts and do not use these items, therefore we simply describe them as completely as we can and present lots of photos. If you have questions, please ask - we will respond as best we can. If you have doubts, then please do not bid - we don't want unhappy customers.

Note: These items have passed a visual inspection. We have no ability to test items (and sometimes we don't know what they do!). We assume they are working because they came from a working facility and were stocked as spares for operational machines. In general, we discard used or damaged items, or anything with an expired "use-by" date.

We rely on internet research for our pricing, and try to list well under retail price. We believe the listed price is a fair valuation.  If you think we priced an item too high, tell us (via eBay "make offer" feature or message), and we will consider it.  If you can include some supporting evidence that would be helpful.

Warranty / Guarantee / Returns:

We are not licensed by the manufacturers of these products so can not offer a warranty nor accept any liability for their use.

However, we do offer a money-back guarantee, if the item is faulty or not as described. We ask that you notify us within 30 calendar days of the sale, and return the item to us in its original condition. We will process a full refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.

We prefer to post items, but will allow collection, provided the item has been paid for in advance and the collection is not inconvenient to us. We are located in Tullamarine VIC 3043 near Melbourne Airport - contact us after purchase for directions. We do not offer pre-sale inspection. If you require additional photos, please ask.
