- All parts are security marked
- We will not accept any responsibility for items 'damaged in transit' once they have been delivered and signed for by customers.
- Item will be sold as it is shown in the pictures (you will receive exactly what you can see in the pictures).
- Please remember it is an used car part and don't expect it to be like brand new.
- All items will be checked and tested prior to packing before leaving us.
- Customers are responsible for checking the condition and checking that the goods are correct before accepting and signing for delivery.
- If you suspect the packaging to be damaged & or tampered with, you may sign and write DAMAGED on the delivery sheet or not accept it all. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
- Feedback shall be left once we receive it from you, if you feel there is a problem please contact us first
- All electronics models / unit may need to be reprogramming
PAYMENT POLICY
- Payment must be completed with 5 days of auction end. Non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and begin the unpaid item process
- If the item has not arrived within 10 days after payment , please contact us
Returns
Returns are accepted. Please view our full terms and conditions for further information:
- We accept returns where the part has been found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described on the listing. We do not accept returns where the buyer has clearly bought to "try" to fix an issue.
- As with the majority of spare part sellers, we do not accept returns on any electrical components, or any part that has an electrical connection.
- If the item is returned because of a customers mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour /item number not matching) 20% return handling charge will apply. Please always check parts number.
- All faulty items must be returned to us for inspection with all of the markings still on them plus in the condition they were supplied in.
- All parts are security marked to save any misunderstanding
- All package that are returned by the courier as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship
- All items must be returned in its original packing
- Postage will not be refunded in any instance
