Your order will be dispatched within 2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
If yu want to received your item quicker, please upgrade your delivery to 1st Class Standard or Nex Day Special Delivery 1pm
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
All custom orders are final and not eligible for returns.
Bespoke customised items which have been printed to your specifications are exempt from the seven day cooling off period.
After the statutory seven day cancellation period, our 30 Days Returns Policy does not apply to goods specially made to you order, customised or personalised to your requirements, unless the goods are defective or have been damaged in transit.
