Payment

Payment is to be received no later than 5 days after the ending of this   auction.

The following payment methods are accepted:

* Direct Deposit

*PayPal

If you pay by direct deposit, please include your user name and auction   number so we know which payment goes with which product.

This will also speed up the process in sending your item, as not  providing  these details will delay our dispatch.

Shipping

Please allow  3 working  days for your item to be sent, most items will be shipped within  24  hours. Shipping will only take place once payment has been received.  All  orders will be sent via Australia Post / Courier. Note that I have no   control over Australia Post with shipping times once your item has been   posted

All products  have been  checked to confirm they are in good working order before being  sent. All  goods will be packed to the best of our abilities to avoid any  possible  damage. Any damage incurred during transport is beyond our  control and  we can not be held responsible for such an occurrence. While  care is  taken, any errors or omission in the item details is unintentional

Return/Refund

We do our  best to provide  an accurate description of our products. Should your  product be faulty,  then Apex Racing will happily exchange the product for  a new or similar  item. Each item that is deemed by the purchaser to be  faulty, must have  it returned to Apex Racing for testing before a new  product will be sent  in return. If the product is returned and found to be  in good working  order or damaged due to misuse or neglect then the  original product will  be returned at the purchasers expense. Apex Racing  will not refund or  exchange any item that was purchased incorrectly, so  please confirm this  is the correct product before bidding. All items have  a 90 day warranty  from the date of delivery as noted by Australia Post.

All items  should be  installed by a qualified installer and checked to make sure each  item  meets the required use.
