For sale here is a vintage Somso anatomical teaching model of  

A HIP JOINT

Made by Somso in Bavaria, Germany We are not sure of the date but know it was before 1989 as it is pre unification ( It has made in West germany on the back).

This fantastic model is of a human hip joint with ligaments, it is mounted on a green base.

CONDITION

Made from  high quality SOMSO-Plast® and mounted on a green plastic base.

This is a genuine vintage and as with any vintage item there may be signs of wear, whilst the overall condition is excellent there may a few cosmetic marks 

Obviously this item is not new, it has been used in classrooms so there may be some light cosmetic wear, I have tried to photograph any wear I could see such a flaking paint, cracks or chips so please do check all photos carefully.

The latex that makes up the ligaments has perished a little over time as can be seen it the photos.
