General Description:
  • Phone is near new, it was acquired as a spare, never needed and never activated or used other than powering it on and scrolling through the settings, etc. Includes box and manuals. No charger or cables. Battery is good. 
  • I called Virgin and they indicated MEID was clear. Includes original box and manuals. 
  • Again NO CHARGER OR CABLES.  Use any nearby generic USB cable  
  • NO RETURNS.  NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US.  NO FREIGHT FORWARDERS.

Shipping Policy

  • Please note that  PO BOXES are NOT valid for delivery for items that ship FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Buyer agrees to provide a standard street address during checkout, or the order is subject to cancellation.
  • I cannot change delivery address after payment is received without entirely cancelling the transaction.
  • If a PO Box is a requirement for delivery, you must either select FedEx SmartPost, or a USPS shipping option at checkout.
  • Some large, fragile, or high value items cannot ship via USPS.  If USPS is not offered in the listing, then this is the case.
  • I reserve the right to upgrade shipping service level, or use another equivalent or faster carrier in some circumstances where required to meet or exceed delivery estimates.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
  • Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges
  • We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.


Returns

  • The policy for this item can be viewed under the "shipping and payments" tab found at the top of the listing.  
  • This can not and will not apply to items sold "as-is" or for "parts only", where returns are not accepted.
  • If there is a problem with your order, please FIRST contact Logan through messaging.

Fine print: 
  • Items sold in "used" or "refurbished" condition are guaranteed to not be DOA, but the return time frame does NOT extend any mechanical or electronic warranty, implied or otherwise, unless specifically offered as a term of sale in the item description. If it can't be returned in the condition sent, please do not request a return. Contact me to see if anything can be done.
  • Items that are returned without prior authorization that do not meet the return condition guidelines and are missing any of the original packaging and packing materials are subject to either being declined or an appropriate refund adjustment. 
  • Items such as vintage stereo equipment, and items sold as "parts or not working" are generally NOT returnable for obvious reasons.
  • Item arrived damaged or not working? The shipper is paid a premium to deliver items intact. If an item arrives malfunctioning, a claim with the shipper must be filed prior to re-shipping (returning) an insured package. Please contact me directly through eBay messaging for instructions in this case, and I'll get you taken care of. I'm here, and I respond to communications, so please do not open an eBay return.
  • I do everything I can to be personable, fair, and reasonable and ask that you do the same as a condition of your purchase. I put a great amount of work into each and every item I offer, and I kindly request that you contact me for help prior to opening any returns or claims through eBay. I resolve issues fairly and quickly. 
  • In the case of shipment damage or DOA, I need to hear about it immediately upon receipt. Kindly do NOT open an eBay return without contacting me for instructions. I want you to be happy with your item. Thank you for your consideration! -Logan
