We aim to dispatch all orders within two days of the order date and an email will advise you when the order has been shipped. We use Royal Mail 24 hour tracking service for small items up to 2kg and DHL 1-2 day service for larger products (which will always require a signature).If there is no-one in, they will leave a card with contact details so that you can re-arrange the delivery. They will make TWO attempts at delivery before returning the goods to our warehouse. Because of the cost of carriage we are unable to re-deliver and so the order will be cancelled and a refund passed to your Paypal account.

We are unable to ship large packages to BFPO, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Outer Hebrides. However, we can ship small items under 2kg via Hermes to all UK postcodes, excluding the Channel Islands.

If you change your mind within 30 days and wish to return your purchase for a refund, we will gladly accept providing your purchase is returned in its original condition ( i.e. unused) and in its original packaging. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable. It will be your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please keep a note of the method used and the tracking reference and advise us of this at the time of sending. This will ensure that your refund is processed promptly.

We can arrange for a collection if you do not have any means of returning the item to us, but a charge for this service ( which will be advised to you before collection) will be deducted from the refund. Please follow the guidelines issued by Ebay on 'Returning an Item'. This will ensure that the correct procedure is followed.

If the product is faulty please contact us immediately via your Ebay messaging service. If the product is more than one month old we may refer you to the manufacturer or an authorised service dealer for the manufacturer, but rest assured we will do everything we can to help.
