The cardboard is in mint condition with no bends or tears and is perfectly flat.  All four corners and edges are sharp.
There is an ever so light wrinkle under the Star Trek logo that is hard to see without some light reflection as pictured.
Also an extremely light wrinkle on the back that requires some light reflection to see as pictured.
The plastic blister pack has no scratches or dents.
This is a BEAUTIFUL piece!

The piece comes in the original box and packaging.

The item has been kept in a smoke-free environment.
