TESTING : I try to test each item, but not all the time is that possible. In most cases these items are "NEW" and if I removed them from their box & tested them I would not be able to list them as "NEW" any longer.

NEW / OPEN BOX / USED: ebays classification can be tricky, so please note that a large majority of my items are old stock items. I do purchase and list a large quantity of New (perfect) Auto parts / tools. Even know they are "NEW" they may have dust, or wear to the packaging. I have inspected each item prior to listing, I assess the discounts at that time. Again the item is inspected on its way out the door. I do not warrantee auto parts /items, this must be done w/ manuf. directly.

SELLER RETURN POLICY: Occasionally I will approve a Return. I do not like Returns, they are costly and drive everyone's prices up. Starting in 2020, I will ask that if you would like to request a return you email me prior to filing a return request. After approval I will look at our options... Either way, in the case of a  RETURN:  the Buyer will be responsible for ALL Shipping costs no matter the reason. Ebay also allows Sellers to retail a 20% restocking fee. I will reserve that right. The item MUST be returned in "NEW" condition, the same as it was sent out to you, The item MUST be in it same box.

GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM: When available, I will use this program. If you are accepting an item thru this international shipping program please note; Buyer is responsible for ANY costs, fees, taxes, or duties that are charged by your countries postal service.
