Shipping to a non commercial address will be an additional $75.00 (Sorry but home based businesses, farms, campgrounds, marinas and trailer parks are considered by the freight carriers as residential and not commercial). Shipment will deliver by an LTL shipping company with full size semi truck.  Order will be palletized.   Customer needs to unload pallet off of the truck.   Lift gate fees are additional and not included.   If you need lift gate delivery please contact us in advance.   Please arrange shipping to a local business in your area if you cannot receive and unload a freight semi truck at your location.  Signature will be required upon delivery.  Please inspect for any damage prior to signing bill of lading.   If bill of ladings are signed received in good condition freight companies will not accept a claim after that.
