We believe that this item was made within the last 5-10 years. The noseband measures roughly 23 3/4“ in length not including the padded chin strap. The chin strap measures roughly 6 3/4” in length and 1 7/8” wide. The buckles appear to be made of steel and were attracted to a magnet when tested. The buckles have wear, scratches, nicks, and shelf wear. The item weighs roughly 5.5 oz. The leather has shelf wear, manufacturing imperfections, scratches, nicks, dings, scuffs, gouge-type marks, and dusty areas.
