This item was made by Ideal Equestrian. We believe that this item was made within the last 5-10 years. The strap has 5 different holes in it that allow it to be adjusted. The false martingale measures roughly 30” from end to end when adjusted to the longest length and 27 1/4“ when adjusted to the shortest length. The buckles appear to be made of brass and have nickel pins. The buckles/pins were not attracted to a magnet when tested. The buckles have wear, scratches, nicks, and areas with oxidation. The false martingale weighs roughly 5.7 oz. The leather has shelf wear, manufacturing imperfections, scratches, nicks, dings, scuffs, gouge-type marks, and dusty areas.
