We believe that this item was made within the last 5-10 years. The item measures roughly 34 1/2” x 5 3/4” x 1 1/4” not including the protruding Velcro straps. The harness pad has 5 Velcro straps that are in working order. Although we are unsure, we believe that the pad is made of a neoprene-type material. The pad weighs roughly 1 lb 3.9 oz. The item looks to be in new condition and is free of any apparent damage. The item does have normal shelf wear and dusty areas.
