Williams 23610 needlenose pliers.  Overall length is 5 1/2” long.  Brand new and never used.  Retails for a ridiculous price of over $18.  Williams, Blue Point, and Bacho are some of the industrial tool makers of Snap On Industries.  These are excellent tools only a tier lower than Snap On itself.
