We dispatch orders usually next day after receiving a cleared payment, either via PayPal

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as it is possible. You may cancel your order within 30 days of the date on which the Products are delivered to you for any reason. To be eligible for a return,  the item you bought must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any tea packets unopened

In the case of any damaged goods you may return the product within 30 days of delivery
