NGC authenticated and graded AU 55. Glossy dark chocolate and olive brown with hints of reddish brown faded down from mint color in protected areas on the reverse. There are a few tiny ticks on the tip of the bust and a very small planchet lamination on the rim just right of the second S in STATES. LDS with a full "Mouse" break reaching up to the left from the top of the head under star 8. Lustrous surfaces.
