If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days of purchase or delivery, but only after telling us of such intention. Unexpected returns will be rejected upon arrival. Please note that used or unsealed cosmetics can't be returned due to hygienic reasons. You are also responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if shipment is refused. Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.
In the event of item arriving damaged, please take a photograph of the damage as soon as possible and send us the message from eBay with this photo attached. When possible, we'll try to replace damaged items. If that won't be possible, we'll issue a full refund. Please note that we can't accept any claims without receiving a reliable proof of the damage.
