Shipping Timeline:I ship once a day, 6 days a week (no shipping on holidays and Sundays, of course, but if the Post Office is open, so am I)! Orders placed by 10pm Central time will be packaged that night and sent to the PO the following day. Same day shipping is not available.
Returns:
I am not a large company, nor do I have unlimited funds or inventory; I am just one person trying to make ends meet. Please make sure you want this item, and don't treat me as a testing service. I try my best to offer fair prices, but returns increase costs, increase waste, and create higher prices all around. While I do accept returns on some items, all returns must be brand new and unused, and include all original packaging. If the item was originally sealed, the seal(s) must be intact. Any returns that do not meet this requirement will be docked up to 50% of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable except in case of seller error.
Packing slips:
I ship to any address that the Post Office deems valid, and I welcome resellers, drop shippers, and gift orders. Please be aware that including a packing slip is part of my normal shipping procedures; you must send me a note with each and every order if you do not want it included...otherwise your recipient will see the purchase price and place of purchase/seller information.
Feedback:
I like to make sure you are happy! I leave glowing feedback upon receipt of glowing feedback. I check feedback daily, so there is no need to request it from me...as soon as I see yours, I'll leave mine. If you can't be bothered to leave feedback, I'll leave it for you anyways after 30-ish or so days; I figure you're happy by that point or else I would have heard from you. :)
And if for any reason you are not happy...please please please contact me before leaving feedback. I am amazingly easy to deal with.
Please remember that feedback is for rating me as a seller, not the item you purchased. Was I quick to ship? (Yes!) Was the item as described? (Yes!) Was it packaged well? (Yes!) If you had questions, did I answer them quickly and courteously? (Yes!) These are the factors involved in seller feedback and the basis of how you should be rating me. Deciding you dislike an item after you receive it is a shame, but has no bearing on the service I offer and is not grounds for negative or neutral feedback.
Shipping Packaging:The majority of my items are shipped out in a bubble mailer. If you are not OK with this, please contact me in advance of buying an item. Special requests are handled on a case by case basis, and I can't guarantee a shipping box or other special requests after the fact.
Item condition:
All of my items are new unless clearly labeled otherwise. eBay has revised the Health & Beauty condition of "New" to "New with box", but the definition is as follows:
A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.
What this means for you: many of my items are "new with box" in that they include all of the original packaging. However, some won't have an actual box since the manufacturer never produced one and doesn't sell the item in a box (or a bag or any other packaging; for example, most shampoos don't come in boxes). I take all of my own pictures and include all items in the photo. If there is no box in the photo provided in the listing, you will not receive a box.
