• All items are sold "AS IS." All unauthorized returns will be considered a donation.
• Please contact me for any return within thirty days of receipt of the item for authorization of the return. All return requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Shipping will be the next morning if payment is received before 9:00 am eastern. 
• If Free shipping is offered, then Free Shipping only applies to the purchase of the item. Any fees associated with the return of items is the responsibility of the buyer
• In the event of unclaimed or returned packages, the customer will be emailed and has 7 days to pay an additional shipping charge to reship the order. If those additional shipping charges are not paid after 7 days, the order will be refunded.
