The shirred waist line not only services comfort but it also allows for different sizing quite adequately. The 2 tiers gives great character to the skirt as you can see in the photos
The approximate length of the skirt is 42cm (this may vary slightly) and the size of the waist comfortable stretched is approx 40-45cm (it can stretch up to approximately 55cm), not stretched it is approx 26cm
