For sale is Cover #3 of 3 Entertainment Weekly featuring The Vampire Diaries stars Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley.  The magazine is an original and was signed by Paul Wesley aka Stefan Salvatore.  I have met all of the cast from TVD minus Ian and Nina at conventions.  Paul even looked through the magazine while I was getting it signed.  Daniel Gillies aka Elijah from the Originals came over to look to as he saw it from a glance.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
