Shipping and Payment Terms: toyota_scion_south is an authorized Toyota dealer and offers discounts on internet orders of Genuine Toyota Parts. Genuine Toyota parts carry a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty. Some items excluded. Contact us for more details. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will do our best to resolve your issue.
Our hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ET. You can contact us at 1-800-688-6968 during business hours. Most in stock items ship same day if order by 2 p.m. ET. We only ship to the address provided when you place your order. We WILL NOT change shipping address once order has been placed.
Returns:
Returns accepted 30 days after date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Once a return has been started, buyer has 10 days to return the item to us. Some parts are non-returnable. See item description for details. All returns must be unused in the original undamaged packaging and include all original hardware and accessories.
No return on electrical parts.
No return on parts that have been installed.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from total refund, even on items that are sold with Free Shipping.
