What a rare find! Lovely, cabinet door hinges made by, "Brainerd," as a part
of their "Hammercraft" restoration hardware line. Although you could find
similar hinges available, these particular hinges with the copper finish
were discontinued years ago. We bought a box of 100 back in 2007, before the
line was discontinued.
Each hinge is made of sold steel, and is copper-plated on the side, which
will show once installed, and painted with a black enamel paint on the side
which will be hidden. The hinges have a beautiful,
Arts & Crafts (Tudor, Craftsman, Mission, Prairie, Bungalow, etc.) style design,
with with spade-shaped ends and a hammered texture from top to bottom.
Each pair of steel hinges will come in factory-sealed pouch with 8
installation screws.
