We list the item properly and state anything that you should know.
Please consider that with items being offered that are not Brand New, you can expect a certain amount of wear based on age. While older items may be in working and in good condition it would be reasonable that you may have: marks, chips, or hairline cracks in plastic, paint chipping, some rust on metal items, some discoloration on colored surfaces, metals that might need some cleaning and or polishing. The picture you see is the exact item you will be receiving. We will not ever offer you anything that does not pass our required standards.
NOT PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
Every now and then Buyers contact us and say, I didn't buy that. I don't know who was on my computer. I don't remember bidding on that. I must have bid on it by mistake. I don't know what happen here, just cancel the order for me.
" I didn't buy that " (Who did?)
So someone unknown to the homeowner enters their home, and places bids for items on their computer, when they are not home, or asleep. (Must be Bidding Ninjas)
If you can't remember bidding on an Item. (Seek Medical Attention)
Someone bids on an item by mistake. (This person shouldn't operate a car of heavy machinery.)
Buyers request we cancel the order, they don't know what happened. (They should install surveillance cameras to find out what is happening.)
On occasion someone bids on an item 5 times in 4 days and bid on it by mistake. (Allowing this person to stay on Ebay is a mistake.)
From here on out you can explain all this to Ebay, I am full up on crazy!

RETURNS
We are no longing offering a Return Policy.
A limited amount of buyers have abused our 30 Day Return Policy, that we have offered in the past. It is costly and unfair to us to take items back 30 days after purchase, for no justifiable reason.
If we make a mistake and ship you a different Item than the Item you purchased in the Listing, clearly we will take care of that, simply contact us.
If you received an item that is badly damaged, that becomes a claim with the carrier. We will file the claim, but you will need to help us, simple stuff, pictures, return the Item, etc.
