This switch has the highest isolation between unused antennas inputs and output. The power handling was tested with OM4000HF without any issue. Before you will select the right switch for you, check the parameters and compare. The size of the PCB is 99x99mm. (3.9"x3.9"). You can use SO-239 or standard flange mount N-connectors.
