The outfit measures 11 inches from armpit to armpit by 19 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the outfit.  I would say this would fit anywhere from 3-6 months. All baby’s sizes are vastly different so please pay attention to the measurements to ensure a proper fit.
