NHL Toronto Maple Leafs Lettering Custom Jersey Kit ANY YEAR Name Number UNSEWN
The customization package includes side numbers (1-2 digits each sleeve), back numbers (1 - 2 digits), Back Name and name plate
All customized are made locally in house in Canada.
All kits are being cut using a professional cutter and the Poly-Twill Material (100% Polyester Twill) is used.
Namplates are made out of Tackle Twill only.
UN-Sewn Kits
The layers and colors for for the numbers are NOT sewn together and the layers for the letters and the letters itself are NOT sewn onto the nameplate.

Please note that the kit (name, numbers, Layers, nameplate) must be SEWN onto the jersey.
We will fuse your items together to avoid any issues and aggravation for you

100% polyester twill
- Material/Fabric Compatibility: 100% Cotton, 100% Preshrunk Cotton, 100% Polyester, Nylon
- Care Instructions:Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach.
- Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines.
Instructions on how to apply this to your jersey
Heat Press Instructions for Tacking:
Time: 8-10 seconds
Temperature: 330°F/165°C
Pressure: Medium
1-Colour Application Instructions:
Tacking for 2-3 seconds will allow you to realign letters if any shifting has occurred.
A tight, zig-zag stitch or satin stitch is recommended for sewing Poly-TWILL.
Be sure to use a Heat Printing Pillow inside the garment to prevent marks on transfers and lettering.
2+ Colour Application Instructions:
Sew: Sew foreground to background before tacking to garment.
Final Application: Pre-press garment and tack your pre-sewn two-color lettering in place for final sewing.
3+ Colour Application Instructions
