Primecut knives are made by Hakansaw a Swedish company that traces it's blades and metal working history back to 1890.
This series of Ergonomic knives were designed to minimize disorders that result from repetitive cutting.The handles were developed by experienced meat cutters, with a pattern, ingrained in the outer material that improved friction when the knife is wet or greasy. Finest quality Swedish steel was selected for the blade. Hardness, flexibility and blade memory have been incorporated into the steel to give the best possible service and life.
