This is one of our NEWLY-Designed currently MOST Powerful pump models, among our DC80 series. 

NEW FEATURE: 

Pump is designed with DRY-RUN PROTECTION performance: namely, when Pump is powered under 24VDC matching Power Supply, 

Pump will self-protect itself through significantly slowing its running speed and running power when there exists NO IN-FLOW (abnormal situation), 

until NEW IN-FLOW comes normally, to Protect its motor part, avoiding physical damage and heat caused by over-tense friction. 

Both inlet and outlet are with external diameter of 38mm;

Max static lift: 8m;

Max horizontal flow rate: 6300 LPH.

Cautions - some notes you must pay attention before your purchase!

1, as micro brushless dc pump, it works via electronic commutation while not brush friction, so there exists no loss caused by brush friction. Pump works with relatively high efficiency. stator part is completely potted inside pump body with epoxy material and control circuit part is potted inside control box, completely physically separated from external fluid environment and completely waterproof.

2, Pump supports continuous long time work with relatively low noise at normal working environment.land use or submersible installation can be both OK, but it cannot be self-priming, just make sure that fluid can actively flow passing through inlet/outlet because pump works via centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of impeller inside (push/throw fluid out). No long-time dry work without fluid, or it may damage the pump.

3, Pump adopts soft-start mechanism and its start-up current increases gradually (step by step), so there exist no over-high start up current and is suitable for many stable power supply. Note that the max voltage of power supply is advised to be below 26VDC (For model with 24VDC as rated voltage) when in application.

4, IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding this pump model, it’s more recommended that pump is installed at Land use. 

When in submersible installation, it’s more recommended that user can place some more firm waterproof tape on the tail connection with pump body, 

before place it under water, for more reliability and stability of waterproof class in long time submersible run.

5, about power polarity: For DC head connector, Inner is Positive, Outer is Negative. Matching DC power supply. DIRECT AC POWER CONNECTION is PROHIBITED!

6, to avoid possible misunderstanding of relevant parameters, here we also say something about flow rate value & max static lift value of pump products: 

For static lift value, it means the max vertical height of flow column when outlet is connected with external matching hose/tube, when pump works at rated voltage.

For max flow rate value, it means the max flow rate of pump at horizontal level, when pump works at rated voltage. The higher the height, the lower the flow; when height reaches lift value, flow rate becomes zero.

Note that lift value and spraying/shooting height of pump are completely different. So dear users, please do not be confused by them.

Meanwhile, certain deviation of around +-10% is advised to be left when in relevant applications, to leave enough margin.
