Our handmade mantels are sourced from high quality, 100% natural European Air Dried Oak Beams that look better with age.

FINISH

We have several options for you when choosing a mantel, there are three different styles of finish:

Sanded beams have lightly rounded edges to remove sharpness.
Lightly worked beams have more working on the edges that gives a distressed effect to the beam.
Heavily worked beams have an even more distressed overall effect

Our mantels are made to a high grade quality furniture finish, everything is done by hand to ensure the best appearance that lasts. We also have a wide selection of stain colours for you to choose from and we can custom blend a colour to perfectly match your decor.

FIXING

Each beam is pre-drilled and supplied with concealed shelf supports capable of supporting your beam with ease. The brackets work best fixed to stone, brick or breeze block walls.

DELIVERY

Once your order is placed we will make your mantel the following 1-3 working days and get it dispatched usually within 5 working days. However, during busy times our dispatch time may increase slightly. If you require your beam before a certain date please get in touch to check we can meet your deadline prior to ordering.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVING

Pre-drilled Solid Oak Beam of selected length and finish (please leave finishing requirements at check-out);

Concealed shelf fixings suitable for solid wall - stone, brick or breeze block walls;
Mantle beam will be oiled (or we can add a can of your selected oil) - please let us know your colour preference.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day returns policy on our mantels, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund.

Important: Please note, oak beams are natural products and come with their own cracks, splits, knocks and other individual characteristics. Changes of appearance on some small level may continue until the oak beam has fully settled. These are not considered as defects. Our products are hand planed and sanded, therefore finished size can deviate up to 1/2".
