Each code with the specific name that is printed on the code card itself by the Pokemon Company. You will receive whatever the Pokemon Company intended when you redeem the code in the PTCGO.
Please check before purchasing if you aren't sure what a code will unlock or send us a message before buying most things are as they sound but Elite Trainer Boxes in particular will often unlock card sleeves and deck boxes more than any actual cards so please be aware of that for those.
