This is a nice old treasure that will surely inspire any english teacher or business major.  Exterior cloth cover is weathered and inside cover has some foxing but overall a great book. 94 total pages writing on the inside page with the previous owners name and writing on page 42 no ripping or folding on the pages. Cute book chock full of great reference and measuring 5-1/4" x 7-1/2" by 3/8 thick.
