About Us

 Charles Hart Outlet is the Ebay shop name for Charles Hart Jewellers Ltd. We have been trading in the town of Frome, Somerset for 200 years. The business is still in the same family, now in its 9th generation! 

 To compete with today's retail environment we now list many items on Ebay as well as selling in our High St shop. We are experienced in selling jewellery and watches and anything you see here you can be sure is a genuine item.

 Items are normally sent either by signed for or special delivery, depending on the item. Please see above for postage charges.

International buyers please note customs charges (if any) are not included in the listing and will need to be paid for by the purchaser.

 We are real people and we are always happy to answer any questions. Messages are normally answered within a few hours.

 Please be aware that we have a high street shop and on rare occasions an item listed on Ebay may have been sold in the shop on the same day. In those cases it may not be possible to provide you with the item. We would of course fully refund you or find an alternative.
