This little dress or sleeveless jacket is unbelievably soft & fuzzy! I would love to cuddle up in it myself. I'm not sure whether this would be considered a dress, a vest or a jacket. The skort is made of ruffled tulle with t-shirt type fabric panties and slip, and an elastic waistband. The size is 18 months. These are in excellent condition, and may have never been worn. I love this yummy color.
