 Return - Customer satisfaction is our top priority, if you wish to return an item please contacts us within 3 days and we will provide you with return details. When returning an item please make sure the product is complete and unused and unworn for health and safety reasons. If an item is received faulty please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue. We can only accept the item in its original and unopened package and in the same condition that it was sent out. Customers return items at their own cost. Postage costs are not refundable (unless we are at fault) and if the item purchased had free p&p then a small charge may be made to cover our loss in postage. We cannot issue any refunds or send out any replacements until we have received item back in original and unopened the package.
 

We are unable to accept undergarments return due to health and safety.
